Thanks to Mr Kiew and Katze for being my sureties, I signed the Teacher Training Agreement (TTA) at MOE today. One year of study plus three years of bonds, that is four years. Not a long period, as I am still young. (Don’t laugh at me, at least I FEEL young, alright?)
Mr Kiew said that it is possible, after one year training, to pursuit a PhD with salaries paid and without the need to pay any school fee, but that would be for those who really excel during the one year training. He gave me a real life example, that is, our HOD.
That sounds attractive. No matter whether the policy remains the same, I shall strive and invest all my brain cells and stamina into it. If the policy is still effective, I shall pursuit a PhD in either Education or Chinese Language. I can do it.

is it direct phd ( i.e 3 years master+phd), if not master degree how??? i thought it’s bachelor–> master–> PhD??
me me will do master and PhD in educational psychology or children/adolescent psychology…

graduate都可以直接读phd

如果这policy还有的话（又给我读psychology的话），我将会永远歌颂MOE。。。前提是。。。读PhD时要教书吗？要的话不就累死鸟？？

谁说的？ MOE让读本科的老师一边教书一边读。。。 我以前的英文老师也是一边上我们的课一边读master。。。记得她当时因为考试+ 写论文n天没来上课，连代课老师也没有。。。英文课基本没上。。。这样的老师， 居然在NIE毕业后2年就升做主任， 第三年就vp了。。。膜拜`！
